Turbulence in the air and on the internet continues....
What Would Shogun Do?
Netflix is suffering some mysterious downtime. Maybe that 1979 Interpol
Copyright Warning was serious?
Google Chrome 404 Messages
Google Chrome is getting a little more descriptive with its Oops! messages, gathering collective request failures from the Chrome crowd and determining that a site (in this case, Netflix) is having difficulties.
And, with the nasty hard to remove adware google redirect virus/trojan
troubles affecting Firefox and IE8, Chrome and Opera are your only
practical solution.
WinXP
Control-alt-delete, under processes, kill any running instances of
Firefox.(do not kill explorer - its your desktop)
Ad-aware, SAS, Hitman Pro 3.5, Spybot Search and Destroy,
and AVG anti-Virus are your only hope.
Boot in safe mode. You probably dont need combofix or need
to mess with your MBR(master boot record). Hijackthis! will
help you delete anything nasty in your registry/browser. Run
Eusing Registry Scanner.
Run Firefox in safe mode.(start - programs, firefox)->firefox(safe mode)
The problem could be a flaw in flash, java, or javascript. It might
be google adwords being hacked, it might be the Whois DNS registry
doing it. It might just be paranoia. Who knows, but Im posting
this with GOOGLE CHROME!!!!!
So, cover up, the bad guys want your internet - and get ready for a
challenge today!
Experts - Check out the TITLE OF THIS BLOG POST, is the link
for real, or are you being hijacked to a fake site?
Anyhow, hope this helps. I hear nobody's been killed in a
computer crash but when it happens they wish they were
dead ! .....
P.S. - Congratulations to Justin of Justin.TV for his article
in Inc. magazine. Not bad for a frat punk with a webcam!!
Of course, Michael Siebel deserves a big WAY TO GO. 2,000+
live cams worldwide on a slow day. Just dont go down like
Netflix!
YOU HAVE REACHED THE END OF THE INTERNET, NOW GO AWAY!
